Returns

• Returns are permitted for our stock items, such as hats, shorts, stock full dyes, and batting gloves.
• Returns must be made within 30 days of original purchase and must be approved by a member of our VIP staff before shipping back.
• Shipping charges are not available for refund once an order is picked up by a shipping company (UPS, FedEx or USPS).
• There are ABSOLUTELY NO Refunds or Returns of anything that is custom made.
• VIP Sportswear is not responsible for return shipping unless the reason for return is directly our fault.
• If an order that qualified for free shipping is returned for refund, the order will be refunded (upon approved inspection) minus the shipping charges VIP incurred.
